- Carpenter – Framing walls, installing trim, building decks, repairing structures Custom work like shelving or cabinetry
- Electrician – Rewiring outdated systems, Installs outlets, lighting, ceiling fans, circuit breakers, ensure the house meets electrical codes
- Plumber – Install and repair pipes, sinks, toilets, and water heaters; Replace outdated plumbing systems
- Painter – Prep and paint interior and exterior surfaces; Handle wallpaper or textured finishes
- Drywaller – Installs, tapes, and finishes drywall; Repair old or damaged walls
- Flooring Installer – Installs hardwood, tile, laminate, carpet, or vinyl flooring; Handles subfloor repairs as well
- Tile Setter – Lays tile in bathrooms, kitchens, entryways; Works with ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone
- Roofer – Replaces or repairs roofing materials (shingles, metal, etc.); Ensures proper ventilation and flashing
- Mason – Works with brick, stone, and concrete for foundations, chimneys, and walkways
- Siding Installer – Replaces or installs exterior siding (vinyl, fiber cement, wood)
- Landscaper – Improves curb appeal with planting, grading, fencing, and lawn work
- Window & Door Installer – Replace outdated windows/doors; Ensures proper insulation and security
